VIZIONAIR COM SARL acts as an independent local partner for proximity support, first-level client assistance, selected administrative follow-up, the receipt or transmission of certain correspondence and certain .NC domain-related procedures.

VIZIONAIR COM SARL administratively holds the host.nc domain name and makes it available to Hostchilipepper LLC d/b/a HOST.NC for the commercial operation of the HOST.NC platform.

VIZIONAIR COM is referenced as a .NC manager. In this capacity, certain requests relating to .NC domain names may be assisted or followed up with the support of VIZIONAIR COM SARL.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a quote, order, invoice or specific agreement, VIZIONAIR COM SARL is not the main contractual seller of HOST.NC services, does not collect HOST.NC subscription payments and is not the main provider of hosting services invoiced by Hostchilipepper LLC d/b/a HOST.NC.

3. Responsibility for Published Information

Hostchilipepper LLC d/b/a HOST.NC remains the main contractual provider of the services commercialized on the HOST.NC platform.

Hostchilipepper is responsible for the public information made available on host.nc, including service presentation pages, commercial offers, pricing, information relating to domain names, applicable conditions and publicly accessible content.

Vizionair acts as HOST.NC partner and support. In this capacity, Vizionair may contribute to client assistance, proximity follow-up, first-level assistance, the updating of certain practical information and procedures relating to .NC domain names.

The host.nc website is hosted on infrastructure administered by Hostchilipepper LLC d/b/a HOST.NC, with possible use of third-party technical providers for server infrastructure, security, availability, backups, network or content delivery.
