Withdrawal Form

Please use this form only if you wish to withdraw from an order placed on https://host.nc, where the right of withdrawal is applicable.

This form concerns the legal right of withdrawal. It does not concern the 30-day commercial refund guarantee applicable to certain web hosting plans, which is governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Applicable withdrawal conditions are specified in the Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use and the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

1. Instructions

The client may send the request through a support ticket, from the client area where available, or by post to the Hostchilipepper LLC d/b/a HOST.NC (“Hostchilipepper”) registered / mailing address stated in the Legal Notice.

For consumer clients, the legal right of withdrawal may be exercised within fifteen clear days where the conditions provided by applicable regulations are met. For services, this period generally runs from acceptance of the offer, except where performance has begun with the consumer’s agreement or in other exclusion cases provided by applicable regulations.

The request must be clear and allow the relevant order to be identified. An incomplete request may delay processing.
